I&C shall charge reasonable “Fees” for Services it performs upon you and such “Fees invoice” will be raised through email or Website login.
No physical product will be delivered against fee. Fee is purely collected based on service.
You are responsible for any service Fees charged by I&C to complete the Tax Return.
Fee will be accepted only through Credit Cards, Debits Cards or any other online payment mode. No physical cash will be entertained.
Any variation in fee is subjected to approval of I&C management and I&C has right to terminate the service if there is discrepancy found in fee payment.
At any circumstance Fee will not be reverted once I&C shares Final Tax Return copy through email or Website Login.
If there is any deviation in tax estimate and Tax Return copy, I&C has right to withhold basic preparation charges of $55 and balance amount will be reverted.
Any discount provided in fee will be adjusted against your referral bonus.
I&C will not issue fee refund if there is any notice from IRS.
We collect several types of information to best serve our customers, vendors, banks or creditors, employees, associates or affiliates, visitors, investors or shareholders, or other valuable contacts (referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as “Person”) wanting I & C Services, Products or Information.
Such may be personally or non-personally identifiable information.
Personally identifiable information is any information that I & C attempts pooling from a Person whether orally, electronically or online through any of its websites, to identify, contact or service the Person with the Services, Products or Information offered by or as relevant to I & C or its subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, consultants, authorized third parties (referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as “I & C ”).
Such information may include details as may be necessary for I & C to register, renew or cancel the Service or Information Request made by the Person (including Primary name, address, email address, telephone number and birth date etc.).
We may request other non-public but personally identifiable information from a customer when the individual uses our services or products (referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as the “Service”). Such information may include all the details as are necessary for I & C to process and complete Person’s Service or Product Request (like for Tax Preparation Services - Port of Entry, Exit Dates into or out of US and I-94; VISA Status, Copy of H1B Petition and USCIS Approval or Permanent Resident Determination; Marriage, Spouse and Dependant Information; Employment details – Employers, Job, Clients, Projects or Consulting Assignments and details on any job related expenses incurred, its related confirmation from Employers; Investments, gifts, donations and/or any other miscellaneous information as may be necessary for I & C to process and complete its customer Service or Product request.
We may also receive personally identifiable information from the company at which the customer is employed (or the organization to which the customer applied for employment), a college (university) that the customer attends and/or a Third Party Organization that seeks information from us (referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as the “Entity”), to which Entity the said Person might have provided personally identifiable information and which uses our Service [to process any information collected for the purpose of determining the Person’s Citizenship or Resident (Resident or Non Resident) Status, Income Tax withholding or liability, applicable tax rates and eligibility for tax benefits under the United States Internal Revenue Code and applicable income tax treaties, as the case may be] or Information.

In the in the event of a sale, merger or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of I & C , Inc. to or with another party (the “Buyer”), we may transfer information to the Buyer so that it can continue to provide the Service. However, before we transfer the information to the Buyer, the Buyer must agree to use information only as permitted in this Privacy Policy and to otherwise adhere to all of the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We want the customer’s information (including personally identifiable information) to remain as secure as possible. We strive to provide secure transmission of information from a customer’s computer to our servers through industry-standard techniques. To help ensure the integrity and privacy of the personally identifiable information provided to us via the Internet, we use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology in transmitting such personally identifiable information over the Internet to our servers. Persons must expressly give us permission to use their personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
The nature of our Service forces us to gather personally identifiable information. Any personally identifiable information may be updated when the Service is available. Once a Person has submitted data, access to it will be more restricted to ensure its integrity. To make changes a Person must contact the administrator of the program associated with the data.
